Responsibilities

  • Ability to partner with client groups and HR team.
  • Ability to design, develop, an implement effective institution wide, strategies, processes, and initiatives in lead innovation and change.
  • Cultivate the results of the model into working tools that optimize the performance standards of our human capital.
  • Determine and develop training initiatives through job analysis, system and process assessment to develop training tools and programs.
  • Create curriculum using field concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Develop a wide variety of training methods and determine the means of delivery through conventional training methods and technical training methods.
  • Deliver training through effective means and monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness.
  • Manage training budget.

Requirements

  • Required Skills and Abilities 1.
  • Preferred Skills and Abilities Masters degree in related fields Principal Responsibilities 1.
  • Create an organizational performance core competency model that achieves consistent and measurable high performance standards required of our workforce.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communications skills.

Compensation

  • $90k-$166k
