Responsibilities
- Ability to partner with client groups and HR team.
- Ability to design, develop, an implement effective institution wide, strategies, processes, and initiatives in lead innovation and change.
- Cultivate the results of the model into working tools that optimize the performance standards of our human capital.
- Determine and develop training initiatives through job analysis, system and process assessment to develop training tools and programs.
- Create curriculum using field concepts, practices and procedures.
- Develop a wide variety of training methods and determine the means of delivery through conventional training methods and technical training methods.
- Deliver training through effective means and monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness.
- Manage training budget.
Requirements
- Required Skills and Abilities 1.
- Preferred Skills and Abilities Masters degree in related fields Principal Responsibilities 1.
- Create an organizational performance core competency model that achieves consistent and measurable high performance standards required of our workforce.
Skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communications skills.
- High level of consultative, collaboration and teamwork skills.
Compensation
- $90k-$166k
