About the role
- This role is part of the AI End User Tooling organization and focuses on creating intelligent, AI-powered experiences that enhance the productivity of knowledge workers.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product management expertise and AI fluency, with the ability to balance user value, technical feasibility, business outcomes, and responsible AI considerations.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy to delivery, launch, and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft delightful end-user experiences.
- Drive alignment across partner teams and functions, influencing without authority.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of end-to-end product ownership.
- Experience with AI UX patterns such as chat, agents, copilots, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent tools for data exploration and analysis.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or AI product organizations is a plus.
Compensation
- $55 - $60 an hour on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
