Associate Degree with Systems Engineering or Related field of study required.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
What We're Looking For: Associate Degree with Systems Engineering or Related field of study required.
On-call availability required as necessary.
Some travel is required.

Experience with Windows and Linux server and network operating environments.
Experience with datacenter infrastructure technologies such as enterprise servers, storage systems (SAN, NAS, NVMe, FC, iSCSI, SDS, etc.), data protection, and related applications.
Experience with virtualization datacenter technologies such as vSphere, Hyper-V, KVM and container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
Preferred knowledge in cybersecurity, AI data analytics, and/or IoT.
Preferred IBM Certifications.

Ensures backout plans are created and executable in the event of an implementation problem.
Directs and trains System Engineers and Associate Engineers to meet workload demands.
Continually updates skillset and stays abreast of technologies, trends and developments. "Let's Achieve Great Outcomes.
