About the role
- We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte!
- We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to adapt quickly to change, and a passion for detail and organization!
- Assist in organizing and planning office and team events
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and maintain a professional look for our Charlotte office, including upkeep of conference rooms and meeting preparation
- Maintain the inventory of office supplies, including stocking our kitchen and reordering groceries
- Support our operations team and serve as the local liaison to building management for maintenance concerns
- Support our Customer Operations team by performing notarizations as needed
- Receive mail and deliveries, scan and upload important documents, and send mail to other offices in a timely manner
- 1+ year of experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related role.
Requirements
- Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes
- Ability to obtain a North Carolina Notary commission.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Nice to have
- High school diploma required
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Mail and Google Calendar
- intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
- Previous experience coordinating events is a plus.

Compensation
- 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
- $17.69 - $26.65/hr
- This is the compensation range for the role in the United States.
- Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs.
- While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
