About the role
- The Senior Manager, Accounting is responsible for providing accurate and timely accounting, forecasting and reporting for all the Inspire Brands Foundations.

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable collections
- Develop and maintain detailed financial forecasts, including income statements and cash flow projections
- Build short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and support strategic planning
- Collaborate with team members to gather input for revenue and expense projections.
- Create, update and maintain all reports in accounting software (forecasts, cashflow, income statement)
- Maintain fixed assets reporting
- Manage audit process with Foundation's outside auditor
- Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Director
Requirements
- 4+ yr degree in Accounting
- of 2+ years people management experience
Nice to have
- 7+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit preferred)
Skills
- Multi-entity accounting
- Sage Intacct
- Naturally organized and methodical with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Expert working knowledge in Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Self-starter
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Compensation
- Pay bills, print checks and make all deposits weekly
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation for annual audit
