Responsibilities
- Oversee and support line cooks in synchronizing food procurement and other food preparation tasks, ensuring labor and cost control goals are not exceeded
Requirements
- ServeSafe Manager and RAMP Certifications required or be willing to obtain in 30 days
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

- Requires a culinary degree/education or equivalent experience
- Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
