Responsibilities
- Validate the performance of finished goods through rigorous electrical and mechanical testing before shipment.
- Apply Lean methodology and 5S principles to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe workspace.
- Propose improvements to tooling and procedures to reduce waste, optimize takt times, and increase throughput.
- Maintain detailed quality reports and service histories to track evaluation results and component reliability.

- Good written/verbal communication skills (English/French)

- Must be able to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
