Electrician Reports to: Area Coordinator (AC) General Expectations: Team members are expected to set a good example and uphold quality, safety, work pace, attitude and attendance.

Demonstrate continuous willingness to learn and grow within the home building facility.
Ability to perform a job that includes but is not limited to repetitive stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, pulling and/or reaching overhead.
Clayton is a vertically integrated housing company that builds, sells, and insures affordable housing.

Team members should also have a good understanding of the following duties/responsibilities, skills, knowledge, and abilities required, as well as the ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Must be safety conscious and will be required to report safety concerns to EHS Manager or AC.
Maintain adequate production pace to meet required production schedules.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience in construction and/or production preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.
Ability to be on your feet (standing and/or walking) for up to 4 hours at a time.
Ability to safely handle and use various power tools and guns that range in weight of 1 - 5 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting all general physical demands of the job.
