About the role

  • Maranatha Christian Academy (MCA) is a private school serving Grades Pre-kindergarten through 12 in Brooklyn Park, MN.

  • MCA has an opening for a long-term substitute executive assistant starting at the beginning of August 2026 and continuing for approximately 5 months.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming email, phone calls, and mail
  • Respond promptly to teacher, student, and parent needs; manage difficult or emotional situations tactfully; focus on solutions, not blame.
  • Prioritize and plan tasks efficiently; maintain accuracy, thoroughness, and follow-through.
  • Independently and collaboratively managing administrative tasks to support the principal

Skills

  • Associate's degree, previous executive assistant experience, and prior work in a school setting are preferred.
