Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in Land Development to lead project delivery, provide technical leadership, and support team development.
- In this role, you will manage projects of varying size and complexity, collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Lead the design and delivery of land development projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and public infrastructure developments.
- Develop technical reports, studies, specifications, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, invoicing, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, QA/QC review, and mentorship to engineering and design staff.
Requirements
- Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 20 pounds with accommodations.
Compensation
- The typical base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00, annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
