About the role
- The Tier 3 Network Engineer will serve as a senior technical resource within our engineering team, responsible for the design, implementation, and advanced troubleshooting of complex network solutions.
- This individual must have extensive hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco/Meraki technologies, and be comfortable interfacing directly with both technical teams and executive leadership (including C-level stakeholders).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions using Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco Meraki platforms.
- Act as an escalation point for complex network issues escalated from Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Support.
- Perform network assessments, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Develop and document network architecture and detailed implementation plans.
- Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders, including presenting technical solutions to C-Suite executives in a clear, business-oriented manner.

- Mentor junior engineers and assist in internal knowledge sharing.
- Requirements 5+ years of experience in network engineering roles, preferably in an MSP or service provider environment.
- Strong expertise in Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer), Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma, Strata), and Cisco/Meraki (ASA, ASR, MX, MR, MS).
- Experience designing and deploying secure network solutions for SMBs and mid-market enterprises.
