Responsibilities
- Exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills including the ability to build complex Boolean searches
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining quality, precision, and candidate experience
Skills
- Help shape Qumulo's end-to-end Recruiting process as we enter hypergrowth
- Join a small and highly successfull Recruiting team that champions quality and candidate experience
- Use modern tools to streamline sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, scheduling, and interview workflows
- Leverage data to continuously improve recruiting operations, and increase speed without compromising quality.
Compensation
- The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 USD plus pre-IPO equity and benefits.
