Establish and lead the PMO framework, governance model, and operating structure for major aviation and infrastructure programs.
Define standards, processes, and controls across cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, and document management.
Lead development of program dashboards, executive reports, and performance insights.
Risk, Change, and Decision Support
Lead the change management process, ensuring disciplined evaluation, approval, and integration of changes.
Provide scenario analysis, decision support, and strategic recommendations to client leadership.
Serve as the primary PMO representative to client executives, governance boards, and delivery partners.
Facilitate alignment across design, construction, commercial, and operational teams.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary PMO team across controls, reporting, governance, and analytics.
Build capability within the PMO through training, coaching, and continuous improvement.

12+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or program controls for major capital programs.
Experience with airport authorities, FAA programs, or federal capital delivery.
