Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess potential strategies, scope solutions, and align on the most effective path forward.
  • Develop recommendations and present clear business cases, including solution viability, implementation considerations, and roadmaps.
  • Apply deep knowledge of the business, industry, and organizational context to drive high-impact strategic projects and influence decisions.
  • Adept problem solver who supports a test-and-learn and data-driven decision making culture

  • In this role, you will help shape business strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing decisions that drive meaningful outcomes across the organization.
  • You will partner closely with senior leaders, guide teams through change, and bring a strong mix of strategy, data, and leadership to enterprise-level work.
  • Proficient in leading development of a narrative using data and insights to drive action; mindful of adapting messaging to audience at hand
  • Able to identify, scope, and deliver on strategic projects working with stakeholders of all levels

Requirements

  • 12+ years for Bachelor's
  • 10+ years for Master's
  • or 6+ years in consulting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Ability to influence and change mindsets at all levels of the organization
  • Subject matter expert sought after for expertise in a defined range of situations with the ability to translate the insights into action

Compensation
