Responsibilities
- You will lead system performance, network stability, cybersecurity practices, and user support - balancing day-to-day support with longer-term system improvements and strategic IT initiatives.
- Partnering with external partners, operations, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing, maintaining, and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintaining asset inventories, access logs, and system documentation to support traceability and audit readiness
Requirements
- Communication Proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of progressive IT experience, including systems administration
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs), and backup, recovery, and system monitoring
- Experience supporting compliance, audits, or regulated environments

Compensation
- Company-paid Basic Life & AD&D Insurance (1x annual earnings up to $50,000)
