About the role
- This position requires the candidate to be eligible to obtain a U.S. secret security clearance and is onsite position Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain action item databases; track action items; prepare and deliver progress reports and other documents in support of program(s);
- Prepare and monitor delivery schedules; support preparation for, attends and records minutes and action items for meetings.
- XLA is looking for a Program Support Specialist to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and 2 years of experience
Compensation
- organization; time management; ability to multitask effectively; attention to detail, computer literacy; and well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Analyze and process financial and accounting reports, deliverables, accounts payable, cost accruals, and disbursements.
- Apply financial reporting and accounting management as related to the federal government accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets of obligations, accounts payable, cost accruals, and disbursements.
- Assist with financial and accounting audits of complex contracts.
- Analyze and prepare financial and accounting program activities.
