About the role
- Serves as technical expert for the sales team and advises the customer in troubleshooting technical issues, training, and offering solution-oriented sales guidance.
- Is the technical expert in utility commodities (water, wastewater, stormwater, gas, electric) measurement and data automation technologies and software.
- Will require servicing technology in both an office environment as well as in a field setting.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a related field.
- Experience in water, sewer and/or gas industry.
- It is not designed to contain a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of associates assigned to this role.
Nice to have
- Meter maintenance and/or installation experience preferred.
Skills
- Influence customer specifications for customer and company benefit.
- Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing, and program management representatives.
- Requires servicing technology in both an office environment as well as in a field setting.
- Lead presentations to high level leadership.
