About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supports operational goals in the areas of safety, compliance, quality, production, cost and capital projects.
  • Assists in preparing engineering proposals, developing findings, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and prepares reports.
  • Contributes to the design of engineering projects, ideas for safer, less expensive or new techniques whether or not situation is related to a specific project.
  • Ability to coordinate own efforts with the efforts of others.
  • Develops effective working relationships with both plant operating personnel and peers.

Requirements

  • A person should demonstrate the ability to be promoted from this level in 2 to 4 years.
  • Entry to this position requires a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Skills

  • Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineer or related engineering field
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills.
  • Data and goal driven mindset.
  • 1-3 years of Engineering experience preferred in Chemical Operation/Production Environment or Industrial Manufacturing.

Compensation

  • Pay range for this position is $78,600 - $108,100.
