About the role

- Obtains, organizes and interprets engineering data.
Responsibilities
- Supports operational goals in the areas of safety, compliance, quality, production, cost and capital projects.
- Assists in preparing engineering proposals, developing findings, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and prepares reports.
- Contributes to the design of engineering projects, ideas for safer, less expensive or new techniques whether or not situation is related to a specific project.
- Ability to coordinate own efforts with the efforts of others.
- Develops effective working relationships with both plant operating personnel and peers.
Requirements

- A person should demonstrate the ability to be promoted from this level in 2 to 4 years.
- Entry to this position requires a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

- The incumbent will be measured against site EHS, Quality, Production, Reliability and Leadership goals.
Skills
- Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineer or related engineering field
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills.
- Data and goal driven mindset.
- 1-3 years of Engineering experience preferred in Chemical Operation/Production Environment or Industrial Manufacturing.
Compensation
- Pay range for this position is $78,600 - $108,100.
