About the role

STAY AWESOME: Tandem Diabetes Care is proud to manufacture and sell the Tandem Mobi system and t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ+ technology - an advanced predictive algorithm that automates insulin delivery.
This is a field-based role based in Dallas Proper an d will include The Colony TX.
Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market.

Ability to travel up to 80% within your territory
valid driver's license, insurance, and good driving record required.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
This review is required to ensure that individuals in such roles uphold high standards of trust and integrity so as to protect the interests of our customers, employees, and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) plus 3+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.

Represent Tandem at events, conventions, and community outreach.
Keep your territory organized with accurate CRM tracking and timely reporting.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.

The base pay for this position is $91,890 to $112,310 annually, with a target earning potential of $166,890 to $187,310 annually.
Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market.
In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package and a robust benefits package.
You'll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (starting in year 1) and have access to a 401k plan with company match.
