Responsibilities
- Perform apartment make-ready duties.
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, offices, and grounds.
- In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community by performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, apartment turns, and janitorial services throughout the property.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
