About the role
- Outline the concept of a course, define the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
- Define training programs and core content project schedules, work effort estimates, monitor, and track project tasks and report overall progress and completion deliverables to management.
- Assure all materials meet brand and marketing standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor a method to measure the effectiveness of training enhancements to include reporting to management on a regular cadence.
- Maintain compliance with lnovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement.

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Understanding of project management concepts
- Ability to think beyond the box and bring a fresh perspective
- Solid analytical skills to assess effectiveness of current training materials
- Strong operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines and handle pressure with tact and poise
- Highly motivated, dependable, and a team player
- Articulate Studio software experience is a plus
- Keep up to date with industry trends, learning tools, and standards.

- Consult with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and focus groups to create engaging, interactive course content and learning activities that increase the retention of knowledge to learners.
- Evaluate current training curriculum and materials to design a uniform look and feel, incorporate adult learning concepts and ensure best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in Information Technology or related field of study, or a combination of education and experience required
