- Hall Mechanical is looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman with Residential Multi unit and commercial experience looking for someone like you to join their rapidly growing team!

- You have experience in residential multi-unit and commercial projects.

- Our full scope mechanical services include: plumbing, gas fitting, HVAC, fire suppression, refrigeration and building automation systems.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman or in a Lead Hand role on residential multi-unit or commercial sites.
- Hydronic experience in heating, cooling, mechanical rooms, grooved, victaulic and cast iron experience. (considered and asset).
- Proficiency in plumbing installations, plumbing code, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong understanding and exposure to industry safe work practices (safety is a priority for us!).

- Red Seal Plumber Certification.
- Positive and driven leader with experience managing small teams and projects.
- Outstanding time and project management skills to complete work on time and within budget, along with a self-motivated attitude to maintain productivity without supervision.
- Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
- You bring solutions to any roadblock that comes up on the job.
- Relevant and local construction industry experience.
