Responsibilities
- Traeger is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow relationships within an established territory.
- This role combines strategic account management with consultative sales, requiring someone who can build strong partnerships while driving business growth.
- Own and nurture a designated book of business within an established territory
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and proactive service
- Collaborate with Field Reps and Regional Sales Manager on strategic initiatives
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Travel within territory (25%) to strengthen key relationships and support major initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence in phone-based relationship building
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience or a bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Salesforce CRM
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
