About the role
- Manager of Purchasing within our Supply Chain group.

- This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our office in Berkeley, CA or Weirton, WV 3+ days per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage integrations and API connections between Zip and other business systems (e.g., ERP, Jira, other procurement tools, supplier punchout catalogs), ensuring data flows accurately and reliably across platforms.
- Design and build new capabilities and workflows within Zip to support evolving purchasing needs, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency of the purchasing system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) with 5+ years of experience managing enterprise procurement or supply chain systems
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and APIs connecting procurement platforms to other business systems
- Demonstrated experience with new system implementation and related functions
