  • They have a proven track record of developing long-term relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and earning the trust of physician leaders.
  • They take ownership of their territory, consistently generate new opportunities, and are energized by prospecting, networking, and building lasting partnerships.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within territory and nationally for conferences and physician events.
