About the role
- This role is based in our Vancouver office.
- Day to day collaboration is split roughly 50/50 between Vancouver teammates and San Francisco teammates.
- We operate with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- How might we develop the knowledge base?
- How do we want to support asset management?
- Champion a customer-centric culture by contributing to design crits and product reviews, identifying strategic research opportunities before they are formally requested.
- Scale research impact by coaching and consulting cross-functional partners, empowering them to conduct high-quality research alongside you and independently.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience practicing UX Research for digital products, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Compensation
- $132,000-$178,000
