Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions, requirements analysis, and solution design workshops to identify automation opportunities and define implementation strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to co-design scalable automation solutions, ensuring design integrity and alignment with product roadmaps.
- Drive technical narratives and marketing strategies that demonstrate Lattice's leadership in automation, reliability, and digital innovation.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate complex architectures into actionable business strategies and drive ecosystem adoption.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in industrial automation architecture, business development, or solution design.
- Expertise in automation platforms, industrial networking, functional safety, security, and IIoT technologies.
- Experience collaborating with OEMs, system integrators, and technology vendors on validation and deployment of automation solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in large-scale automation orchestration, robotics integration, or IIoT platform deployment.
- Familiarity with PLC/CPLD/FPGA technologies in control, telemetry, safety, security, Industrial HMI, Edge AI, and Smart Sensor applications.
- Published contributions to industry standards, specifications, or automation best practices.
- Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience.

Compensation
- In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/ incentive compensation and/ or equity.
