Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop a High-Performing Recruiting Team
- Build World-Class Recruiter Training & Onboarding
- Own the onboarding and development experience for all newly hired recruiters during their first 9-15 months.
- Design and deliver structured training programs covering sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement execution.
- Develop standardized onboarding materials, playbooks, and training resources that create a consistent new-hire experience.
- Drive Recruiting Strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of recruiting leadership experience
- Experience leading performance management, coaching, and organizational development initiatives
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, contract negotiations, budgets, and commission structures
- Ability to influence across multiple departments
