Assist with maintaining supply continuity, supporting cost-saving initiatives, and contributing to purchasing strategies.
Work with suppliers and internal teams to address and resolve raw material quality concerns.
Review reports and data to identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve inventory management across production and distribution facilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience as a Buyer, with a focus on Supply Chain Operations within Food Manufacturing or Retail setting
Highly proficient in Excel and SQL
Experience with ERP systems and procurement software or other facility related analytics
Excellent project management skills
