About the role

  • Days off: Saturday and one rotating day off.
  • Review load sheets for delivery routes and verify correct product(s) and amounts are loaded to assigned trailers.
  • Rotate product in warehouse to ensure that the correct coded product is shipped to eliminate waste and minimize returns.

Responsibilities

  • Manually remove product from conveyor system, then package and/or stage in an efficient manner to maintain production flow requirements.
  • The Loading Dock Worker position has a variety of different assignments which are assigned based on the training level of the employee and business needs in support of achieving the goals of the Concord, NH Warehouse.
  • Maintain a clean & safe work environment.
  • Perform assigned duties satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
  • Perform assigned duties following "Good Manufacturing Practices."
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • This job description is meant to serve as an outline of the duties and responsibilities that a Loading Dock Worker may be required to perform during the course of their work-day.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of safety areas reviewed in the safety orientation program.
  • Available for required overtime to support business needs and/or critical situations.
  • Reading & writing proficiency (English language) and ability to identify colors.

Nice to have

  • GED or High School Diploma preferred
