About the role
- What Impact You'll Have GRVTY is seeking an experienced, motivated Mid-level Electrical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team in Ventura, CA.
- The regular workdays are Monday - Friday around the core hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with a 100% on-site requirement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering
- Applied knowledge of analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and processing platforms
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering practices and principles as well as ability to apply them
- Experience with embedded systems or microcontroller-based designs
Nice to have
- Experience with circuit and PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, etc.)
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with ability to practice effective time management of goals and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation
- This is a full-time position with the expectation of a minimum 40-hour commitment per work week.
- Regular attendance is essential to permit the team to function effectively.
