About the role
- Job Responsibilities The Leave Specialist is responsible for providing essential HR support and exceptional customer service to our HR team, employees, and clinics.
- This role supports a wide range of HR functions, with an emphasis on leave of absence administration.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of LOA, FMLA, ADA, PWFA, as well as any other current or future leave programs Serve as the primary point of contact for the leave Third-Party Administrator (TPA), ensuring timely case management, accurate leave administration, and a seamless employee experience throughout the leave lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate is a proactive contributor who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across the organization while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
Requirements
- Sheets/Spreadsheet proficiency: V-Lookup, Formulas, Automation, etc.
