Requirements

  • Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-11, or equivalent in other pay systems.
  • Knowledge is applied when assessing programs/projects, analyzing findings and making recommendations on substantive operating programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative and technical programs
  • One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level.
  • TIG applies if you are in a current GS position or held a GS position within the previous 52 weeks.

Skills

  • Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of a small to medium sized organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Air Force rated officer and operations center experience required.
  • Weapons School, Checkmate, and/or Contingency Warfare planner experience desired.

Compensation

  • $91k-$119k
