About the role

  • In the past year alone, we've partnered with S&P Dow Jones Indices, announced the first tokenized S&P 500 Index Fund, brought Janus Henderson's AAA CLO strategy onchain, and crossed $1.7B in TVL.
  • We're also well-funded, backed by leading investors such as ParaFi Capital, Greenfield, Circle Ventures, and Coinbase.
  • You will be the operational backbone for investment products like JTRSY and JAAA, ensuring seamless flows between traditional finance and DeFi.

Responsibilities

  • manage complex smart contract interactions, and
  • Manage DeFi liquidity & routing:
  • Build intelligent monitoring:
  • Design workflows that automate complex reconciliations between onchain and offchain systems,
  • Maintain precise transaction logs,
  • build intelligent alerting systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
  • We're live across more than ten blockchains and building the open infrastructure for real-world assets at scale.
  • You will play a pivotal part in building out a next-generation onchain asset management platform, leveraging both traditional financial rigor and a proactive openness to integrating automated, agentic processes.
  • Take autonomous control of critical fund flows early in your tenure, building the operational backbone of a next-gen asset manager.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of core experience in traditional fund operations, accounting, or financial analysis,
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience navigating onchain transactions, decentralized liquidity pools, and cross-chain bridges.
  • Comfort operating MPC wallets or multi-sig tooling (e.g., Fireblocks, Safe) and reading onchain data directly (Dune, Etherscan, Tenderly).
  • Proficiency in data management (Excel, DBs) combined with basic scripting skills (Python, JS, etc.)
  • or a demonstrated ability to leverage LLMs and AI agents to parse financial data and automate workflows.
