Responsibilities
- Manage order forms and distribute seasonally
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in sales operations, business analysis, and/or sales administration
- Must have very strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with key executives in a professional manner.
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
Skills
- "Cluster Report" Tiered Door Selling Analysis
- Uploading non-EDI retail sales into PowerBI database
- Create templates for seasonal and new product launches
- Monitor daily quota issues, partnering with Customer Management and Key Account Managers
- Monthly reconciliation of shipments vs allocations for launches and POSM
- Tracking inventory receipts vs ship dates
- Assist with the strategic allocation of POSM and other tools
- assist in setting up new doors and assigning door attributes in Anaplan database, and noting door closures
Compensation
- $70k-$75k
