About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support
- Handle all incoming IT Support calls, emails, and tickets
- Manage IT Support ticket system and assist IT Support to meet Service Level Agreement goals
- Workstation software and hardware installation, maintenance, support, and inventory
- Handle all incoming IT Support calls, emails, and tickets; triage issues as they arrive and route issues to relevant departments
- We are looking for an IT Support Analyst I to join our team.
- This candidate will be responsible for providing first and second level support of hardware, software, and operating systems for PC and Apple-based computing products across Axos Bank, Clearing and Axos Advisor Services.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a technical or computer-related field of study or equivalent related experience or higher
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as an essential function of the role
- Onboarding new users with providing them imaged computer with all required equipment and software installed per their role
Compensation
- $25.00 /Hr - $28.00 /Hr Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
