About the role
- Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will:
- Assist Technical Services Superintendent in managing mine planning, scheduling, drill and blast, geotechnical, survey, and reconciliation activities
- Ensure adherence to mine plans, production schedules, and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Working closely with leadership, maintenance, processing, and technical teams, the role will support mine planning, drill and blast, operational performance, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety, production, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Technical Services functions and the ability to oversee mine planning and operational support activities
- Proven leadership and team management capability
