About the role

The primary responsibility of the Transaction Manager is to oversee transactions from engagement through closing, acting as a liaison between clients and capital sources.
As an experienced member of the Company's transactional team, this position is designated as a non-exempt role.
The base salary range for this role is $38.46 - $43.27 per hour.

Perform thorough review and abstract details of title related documents, including purchase and sale agreements, title reports, surveys, escrow instructions and related closing documents.
Responsible for document file management, both electronic and physical files, maintaining property database and various administrative duties.
Understand standard real estate documents such as REAs, estoppel certificates and leases.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing commercial real estate transactions (brokerage, title company, mortgage banker, law firm).
Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
Ability to handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Independently coordinate all required due diligence and correspond with all transaction parties, including clients, brokers, title companies, lenders, surveyors, and governmental agencies.
