Responsibilities
- Provide constructive feedback to maintain safe and efficient prescription processing -
- Validate accuracy of all prescriptions and follow up on any discrepancies in the prescription filling process
- Maintain secure, clean and safe pharmacy/warehouse
- Partner with sales team and leadership to maintain open lines of communication and resolve systematic issues
- Communicate with veterinarians and office staff to build strong working relationships

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience
- Attention to detail with ability to problem solve effectively
Nice to have
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
- Background in veterinary pharmacy
- Must be able to move product weighing up to 50 pounds onto conveyor belt up to 10 times per hour.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 percent of the time
- Must be able to operate a keyboard and other machinery as necessary
- This position requires occasional or frequent moderate physical activity
- This position requires low exposure to extreme hot/cold temperatures, high voltage, dirt or dust, fumes, smoke, loud noises, hazardous chemicals and hazardous machinery.
- Working environment is a typical warehouse environment.
