About the role

  • REQ P-1075 This role is remote-friendly, candidates from any remote U.S. location are welcome to apply.
  • You will focus on supporting Engineering hiring teams & leaders through the intern program, full cycle recruiting, and recruiting events & programs.
  • This is an hourly contract role intended for September-February, though we retain the right to shorten or extend the contract at any time.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization
  • Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation
  • Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity
  • A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes that support a high volume, diverse candidate pool
