Vast is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, to bring precision and care to how we coordinate interviewing across the company.

Help document and maintain our coordination processes, and keep them current as we grow.
Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the broader talent operations team.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and building without a fully defined playbook
Using an incremental, hardware-rich and low-cost approach, Vast is rapidly developing its multi-module Haven Station.
Haven Demo's 2025 success made Vast the only operational commercial space station company to fly and operate its own spacecraft.

Experience in a fast-paced start-up or corporate environment
Strong customer service mindset
Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, with Greenhouse preferred

Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand.
