- You will report to the Director, Strategic Finance, and get significant exposure to the CFO as well as other leaders across the org.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain Muck Rack's financial planning infrastructure in Pigment, ensuring models are reliable, well-documented, and connected to accurate source data
- Serve as the primary finance partner for non-headcount expense management across the company, helping business leaders track spend against plan and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the GTM, Engineering, Analytics and Finance teams to define metrics, build business cases, and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support company growth and efficiency initiatives using internal data sources and external benchmarks
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with financial planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of SaaS and GTM metrics such as ARR, NRR, bookings vs. revenue, churn, and funnel conversion
Nice to have
- Experience working with operational data sources such as Salesforce, Looker, or NetSuite
- SQL familiarity is a plus

Compensation
- In the US, the base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $115,000+, depending on skills and experience.
- We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
- For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
- Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
- We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
