- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Registered P.E. in Tennessee
- 12+ years of experience in civil engineering design and specifications for Single Family Home development/subdivisions that include paving, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, etc.
- 5+ years of experience as a Civil Engineering Project Manager
- Solid working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or other modeling software.
