About the role

This role focuses on driver communication, load scheduling and route coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Base pay range for this position is between $70,000-$75,000/year.
In addition to the base salary range presented, this position will be incentive-eligible with a target of 10%.

Overview We are seeking a Dispatcher to support daily operations for a feed & grain trucking fleet.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet their specific transportation needs.
Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails throughout the day with proper and timely responses as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem solving.
Must have the ability to get along with co-workers, management personnel, customers, vendors and employees in accordance with company policy.

Compensation Min USD $70,000.00/Yr.
Compensation Max USD $75,000.00/Yr.
Base pay range for this position is between $70,000-$75,000/year.
