About the role

  • We are looking for a Data Privacy Specialist to join our newly established Data + Privacy Operations team within the Critical Response & Enterprise Risk function.
  • You'll also play an active role in improving the workflows, documentation, and tooling that help us scale our privacy operations responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Hinge is the dating app designed to be deleted In today's digital world, finding genuine relationships is tougher than ever.
  • In this role, you will own the operational handling of sensitive privacy and security requests submitted by users, regulators, and internal stakeholders - including Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), data deletion requests, privacy law inquiries, and security-related claims.
  • You and your spouse/domestic partner are both eligible.

Compensation

  • We match 100% of the first 10% of pre-tax 401(k) contributions you make, up to a maximum of $10,000 per year.
