Responsibilities
- Generate qualified enterprise-level leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outbound strategies and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities across service offerings
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, or pipeline development
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity or performance metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline)
Nice to have
- Experience engaging senior-level or C-suite stakeholders
- Exposure to consultative sales or solution-based selling environments
- Pipeline development & CRM management (Salesforce)

Compensation
- $58,000 - $72,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
