This is a highly relationship-driven role focused on long-term student development, strategic guidance, and meaningful mentorship (not just application review.) You'll have the opportunity to support students as they explore academic interests, strengthen extracurricular profiles, develop compelling personal narratives, and prepare competitive applications for top programs.

Founded in 2013 by law students from Harvard and Yale, InGenius Prep has grown into a global organization with team members and offices across the U.S., Canada, China, and beyond.
