About the role

Manage multiple cases with varying deadlines, conducting in-depth research to understand each matter's unique needs.
Deliver thoroughly researched and well-vetted expert recommendations tailored to clients' litigation strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with experts, providing insight into our process and ensuring timely follow-up.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional client experience.
A self-motivated, competitive drive, with the ability to multitask and work autonomously.
Develop invaluable research and analytical skills applicable across industries.

A bachelor's degree, in a major with research as a foundation, is beneficial but not required

A client-focused mindset - prior customer service, research, or consulting experience is a huge plus.
