About the role

  • WebFX is seeking an entry-level candidate for our IT Support team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or will soon have one!), a track-record of strong academics, and is excited about all things technology and tech support. Related experience is awesome to have, but never required - we'll train you on everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets from team members when they run into technology issues
  • Create and configure new company accounts for team members
  • Document new company processes in clear, easy-to-follow language that team members of all technical backgrounds can understand
  • Perform Help-Desk Support for Our Internal Team
  • Create and Manage Team Member Accounts and Workstations
  • Regular 1-on-1 check-ins with a manager to support career growth

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree: All majors welcome!
  • You work with urgency and enjoy getting things done

Skills

  • Excel/Google Suite
  • Solid understanding of both Windows and Mac OS
  • Solid understanding of the latest business office technologies
  • Prior experience working, in any field (for example: a part-time job, summer job, internship, etc)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience (in any industry)
  • Ability to translate technical information into simple terms
  • (Not required, but awesome to have!)
  • Qualities and Traits:
  • You have a passion for technology and love staying up to date with new and emerging tech
  • You're professional, dependable, and self-motivated
  • You take pride in your work and always strive for high-quality results

Compensation

  • $47,000-$50,000 (potentially higher based on work experience)
