Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for HQ employees, both remotely and in person
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software, and document IT systems, network configurations, and support procedures
- Create, manage, and disable user accounts while ensuring appropriate access controls
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, perform routine maintenance, and assist with installing and configuring hardware and software
- Participate in IT projects, support testing and deployment of new solutions, and assist in developing IT policies and disaster recover
- Partner with cross-functional business departments to evaluate new software acquisitions, ensuring all third-party platforms align with company security policies and industry best practices.
